In France, even though the price of books was fixed years ago to prevent price differentiation, some worry the country’s thousands of bookstores may now be in jeopardy as more customers flock to online retailers, such as Amazon.

    J’habite aux États-Unis. Maintenant je peux acheter de livres français parce que Amazon. I live in the United States. Now I can buy French books because of Amazon. Je préfere lire sur mon Kindle. I prefer to read on my Kindle. Merci.
